KNOT is a truly universal device with a wide range of connection options and support for protocols and interfaces. It is an IoT Gateway that uses LoRa technology (902 - 928 MHz) but also Narrow Band and CAT-M b>, which are supported by countless mobile operators worldwide including the Czech Republic due to the very low monthly price (compared to LTE) and low bandwidth usage.
KNOT can monitor integrated GPIO, convert RS485/Modbus protocol to TCP/IP as well as Bluetooth packets to TCP/IP using HTTPS or MQTT. You can use KNOT as a transmitter from cable sensors RS485/Modbus to send the data to the Modbus server. Yes, KNOT brings wireless connectivity to wired sensors and actuators such as meters and relays. For example, you can manage a vending machine with temperature and humidity sensors connected to KNOT with just a few megabytes a day!
